Grease Trap Cleaning | Drain Maintenance
Sani Systems will remove the contents of your grease trap and snake the lines to avoid any overflows. Enzyme pumps can be installed to maintain the system by breaking down grease in between clean outs.
Even if your company does not consume large amounts of grease/oil, your traps must be cleaned regularly to deal with solid accumulation as well.
How do I know if my grease trap needs to be emptied?
Sometimes it may take longer for the sinks to empty, other times the odor may be a definite signal that your trap is full and is in need of service.
The process includes the complete removal of all grease, sediment and grease-laden water. Traps are scraped down and treated with enzymes. Outlet pipe is rodded to remove any clogging particles. Content of the trap is then removed from the premises.
Drains are warm wet and full of food particles, which makes them perfect homes for unfriendly visitors like insects. We can help remove bacteria and contaminants with our intensive drain cleaning procedure. We start by mechanically brushing the drain pipes, then encapsulating them to allow for applied steam to penetrate the area and loosen any debris. Pipes are then jetted and all water and debris is vacuumed from the area. Drains are then treated with an enzyme that keeps them smelling fresh and flowing as designed.
We pride ourselves on our quick response time for emergency back up situations and work quickly and efficiently to resolve your issue.
