Air Duct Cleaning
Having clean air circulating around a kitchen is vital for any establishment that serves food. Exhaust ducts are important because they remove the dirty air, but air ducts are just as important because they filter and pump clean air back into the kitchen. The first step is to install access panels where needed to allow us to loosen the build-up in the duct. We do this with industrial brushes or compressed air washing. Once the contaminants in the ducts are loose, we use a high efficiency particulate arrestance or (HEPA) vacuums to remove them. We also clean and inspect the main air handling unit (AHU) as part of the protocol. Testing of the air quality can be performed after the job is complete.
